UI / UX Design

Interfaces that disappear — because users are too busy achieving their goals to notice the design.

What We Believe
"Design is the first thing your users experience — and often the last reason they stay."

We create interfaces that go beyond visual polish. Every screen is psychologically considered, architecturally sound, and relentlessly user-centred — built on research, not assumption.

From discovery through to handoff, we work in tight collaboration with your team to ensure every interaction earns trust and every flow removes friction.

What's Included

Six disciplines.
One seamless process.

01
User Research & Discovery

Interviews, behavioural data, personas, and journey maps — before a single pixel is placed. Great design decisions come from evidence.

02
Information Architecture

Mapping every screen, flow, and navigation decision with clarity. Structure before beauty — it's how we eliminate expensive guesswork.

03
Wireframing & Prototyping

Low and mid-fidelity wireframes validated with real users, then interactive prototypes that let you feel the product before it's built.

04
High-Fidelity UI Design

Pixel-perfect screens with every component state, typography detail, and spacing decision resolved — production-quality before development starts.

05
Design System Creation

A scalable component library in Figma — tokens, variants, documentation — so your product grows without visual debt or designer bottlenecks.

06
UX Audits & CRO

Already live but leaving conversions behind? We audit existing interfaces, identify friction, and deliver prioritised recommendations that move the needle.

How We Work

Our design process

01
Phase 01
Discover

Stakeholder interviews, competitor audit, user research, and goal alignment. We don't design until we understand.

02
Phase 02
Define

Personas, journey maps, user stories, and information architecture — the strategic foundation every great interface is built on.

03
Phase 03
Sketch

Rapid low-fidelity wireframes that explore multiple directions. Speed here means we can test more ideas before committing to any.

04
Phase 04
Design

High-fidelity screens, component libraries, and interaction design — refined through collaborative review until every detail is production-ready.

05
Phase 05
Validate & Hand Off

Usability testing, iteration, developer-annotated Figma, and a living design system — everything your team needs to build with confidence.

Our Principles

Design philosophy

We hold four beliefs that shape every decision we make, from the first research session to the final design review.

Evidence over assumption

We don't guess what users want. We research, observe, and test — then design from what we learn.

Structure before aesthetics

A beautiful interface on a broken architecture fails every time. We nail the experience, then add the beauty.

Design for outcomes

Every screen should move a user closer to a goal. If it doesn't earn its place, it doesn't ship.

Engagement Models

Choose your starting point

Every engagement is scoped and priced specifically for your project. These are starting frameworks — not rigid boxes.

Common Questions

Things people
usually ask

If your question isn't here, it takes about 30 seconds to ask us directly.

Do you work with existing products or only new ones?
Both. For new products we run the full research-to-handoff process. For existing products we offer UX audits and targeted redesigns — we'll assess what you have and recommend the most effective starting point rather than defaulting to a full redesign when it isn't needed.
What do you deliver at the end of a project?
A fully annotated Figma file with all screens, component variants, interaction notes, and — depending on scope — a design system with tokens. We also provide a handoff session with your developers to walk through the file, answer questions, and ensure nothing gets lost in translation.
How long does a typical UI/UX project take?
A UX audit typically takes 1–2 weeks. A focused redesign of a specific flow runs 3–4 weeks. A full end-to-end product design engagement — research, architecture, wireframes, UI, and design system — typically spans 6–10 weeks. We scope each project individually and share a timeline before any work begins.
Can you design for both mobile and desktop?
Yes — responsive design across breakpoints is standard on every project unless you specify otherwise. We design for mobile-first where conversion data supports it, and we cover the breakpoints your actual users are using rather than arbitrary device categories.
Do you also handle development, or only design?
We do both — and when design and development happen under the same roof, the results are measurably better. Design decisions are made with engineering constraints in mind from day one, and the handoff is never a folder of flat screens thrown over a wall. That said, we're equally comfortable working with your existing development team if you have one.
