What We Do
"Most apps fail not because of bad code — but because nobody thought hard enough about why someone would open it twice."

We design and build mobile apps that earn their place on the home screen. That means starting with product thinking — understanding the job your app needs to do, the friction it needs to remove, and the loop that brings users back — before writing a single line of code.

Whether you're validating an idea with an MVP or rebuilding a legacy app for scale, we bring the same discipline: clean architecture, native-quality performance, and an obsessive eye on user experience.

What We Build

Every type of app.
One standard of quality.

01
Native iOS Apps

Built with Swift and SwiftUI for maximum performance, smooth animations, and deep integration with Apple's ecosystem — Face ID, Siri, Widgets, and beyond.

02
Native Android Apps

Kotlin and Jetpack Compose applications that feel at home on Android — Material You design, adaptive layouts, and full Google ecosystem support.

03
Cross-Platform Apps

React Native and Flutter builds that ship on both platforms simultaneously — with native feel, not the compromised experience cross-platform used to mean.

04
MVP & Rapid Prototyping

Validate your idea in 4–6 weeks with a production-ready MVP built to test, learn, and pitch — not a throwaway prototype you'll have to redo.

05
Backend & API Integration

We build the full stack — REST and GraphQL APIs, real-time data, push notifications, third-party integrations, and cloud infrastructure on AWS or Firebase.

06
App Maintenance & Growth

Post-launch retainers covering OS updates, crash monitoring, performance tuning, A/B testing, and feature iteration — so your app improves, not just survives.

How We Work

From idea to App Store.

01 Discovery
Product Thinking
We map user flows, define core value, and agree on scope before any design or code begins. No surprises later.
02 Design
UX & Prototype
Wireframes and interactive prototypes tested with real users. We fix problems at the cheapest stage — before development.
03 Build
Development
Agile sprints with weekly demos. You see working features every week — not a black box that opens at launch.
04 QA
Testing & QA
Device testing across iOS and Android, performance profiling, security review, and App Store submission handled end-to-end.
05 Launch & Beyond
Ship & Iterate
Store submission, monitoring, analytics setup, and an ongoing roadmap so your app evolves with your users.
Our Stack

The right tool
for the right job.

We choose technologies based on your goals — not what's fashionable. Here's what we work with across native and cross-platform builds.

Swift / SwiftUI
Native iOS, best-in-class performance
Kotlin / Compose
Native Android, Material You ready
React Native
Cross-platform, shared codebase
Flutter
Cross-platform, pixel-perfect UI
Node / Firebase
Backend APIs & real-time data
AWS / GCP
Scalable cloud infrastructure
Our Philosophy

Apps built on
first principles.

Good mobile apps aren't just good websites on a small screen. They have a different rhythm, different constraints, and different expectations. We build for the medium.

01
Performance is a feature
Users notice a 100ms lag. We profile early, measure constantly, and optimize relentlessly — not as an afterthought before launch.
02
Offline first, always
Mobile users have spotty connections. We architect apps to gracefully handle offline states, sync intelligently, and never show a blank screen.
03
Security by design
Secure storage, encrypted comms, and minimal permissions from day one — because patching security into a live app is ten times harder than building it in.
04
You own everything
Full source code, developer accounts, and documentation handed over at launch. No lock-in, no ongoing ransom for your own app.
Engagement Models

Built around
your stage of growth.

We structure engagements to match where your product is — not a fixed package that might not fit.

FAQ

Questions
we always hear.

Straightforward answers to the things every client wants to know before starting an app project.

Should we go native or cross-platform?
It depends on your priorities, not our preferences. Native (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android) gives you the best performance, deepest platform integration, and no compromises — but you're building and maintaining two codebases. Cross-platform (React Native or Flutter) gets you to both platforms faster and for less cost, with 80–90% shared code and near-native feel. For most product companies, cross-platform is the right starting point. We'll give you an honest recommendation in our first conversation.
How long does it take to build and launch an app?
A focused MVP typically takes 4–6 weeks. A full cross-platform product build runs 8–12 weeks. Complex native apps with custom backends can take 12–18 weeks. These timelines assume clear requirements from the start — discovery sessions, slow feedback cycles, or scope changes add time. We share a detailed milestone plan before any work begins so you always know what's coming.
Do you handle App Store and Play Store submission?
Yes, always. We handle the full submission process — preparing store listings, screenshots, privacy policies, and compliance documentation for both Apple and Google. We also manage the review process and resolve any rejections. Apple reviews in particular can be finicky; we know the guidelines well enough to avoid most common rejection reasons upfront.
What happens after launch?
Launch is the beginning, not the end. We offer monthly retainers that cover iOS and Android OS updates, crash monitoring, performance tuning, and iterative feature development. We also set up analytics from day one so post-launch decisions are driven by data, not guesses. Short-term support packages are also available if you'd prefer to handle ongoing development in-house.
Will we own the code and app accounts?
Completely and unconditionally. Full source code, all assets, API keys, developer account access, and written documentation are transferred to you at launch. We work under your developer accounts wherever possible — meaning the app is yours in every store listing from day one. We don't believe in holding your product as a relationship lever.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. We integrate with CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways, authentication providers (including SSO and OAuth), third-party APIs, and existing web platforms. If your business already runs on Salesforce, Razorpay, Firebase, or a custom backend, we'll build the app to connect with it natively — not work around it.

Ready to build your
next app?

Tell us what you're building — a consumer app, a B2B tool, an MVP, or a rebuild. We'll come back with a clear platform recommendation and an honest proposal.
